If you Apple Watch says 'Run and setup Forza on your iPhone' when you think you have set it up, there are a few different steps to take depending on your version of Watch OS.

Watch OS 6.0.1 and above:
​Follow a game that is being played today, that should make the watch app works as normal.

Watch OS below 6.0.1:
​First try updating your watch to the latest version of Watch OS, if you cannot then go to Settings, My Watch, scroll down to the bottom find Forza Football then uninstall and reinstall the app.
