You can but only on iOS. 

Hiding a match will both stop you from seeing the score and prevent you from getting notifications about that match if you had them set.

To this, you need to find the match you want to hide the score for in the calendar, click on the three dots and then press 'hide score.'

If you unhide the score, it will also turn notifications for that game back on if you had them set. 

If you did not have notifications for that game set, unhiding the score will not turn notifications on.
