Commonly, this is a problem with your APN settings. Please contact your carrier to get the correct APN settings. Once you know the settings, you can go to Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network, and change to the correct APN.

If you are on O2 Ireland, you can use open.internet as your APN address.

We have also noticed that some Android apps and apps on jailbroken iOS devices are able to block the connection to our servers. Try to close down suspicious apps running in the background and try again.
