If you have no teams in Home, the tab will say "Which team do you love?" and underneath there is a search box where you can search for and add your first Home team.
All you have to do is search the teams name and then click on them to add them.
To add more teams, press the person icon in the top corner in the top right corner and you can add teams directly here, or clic edit to then remove any followed items.
