Go to the matchlist. Try to find the tournament and then press the dropdown next to it. Then press "Unfollow (name)". If you can not find your league/cup press the "show all" button next to the "Competitions" header. Then find your tournament in the list of followed tournaments and press the dropdown next to it. Here select "Unfollow" to remove it.
